Users needing to update their account password.

No special access or permissions are required.

This article describes how to change your password, whether you have access to the system or not.

Changing your password

To change your password:

1. Go to User Settings.
2. Select Change Password.
3. Enter your Current Password.
4. Set a New Password.
   Confirm it in the field below.
5. Click Save.

Resetting a forgotten password

To reset a forgotten password:

1. Open the Ideagen Envirosuite app.
2. Click Forgot your password?

3. Enter your email and username when prompted.

The system will email you your new password.

Note

If you do not know your username, raise a Service Request to restore access to the platform.
